The people you work with are nice people. My boss was a really good person to work for. Job itself isn't terrible.

Cons

Lack of training. Lack of updated equipment. Upper management has no clue what they're doing and it trickles down throughout. Pay tops out at 17hr

Cons

No chance to move up unless you make good with the higher ups. Being a good employee and doing your job well means nothing to anyone there.

It’s a paycheck, and benefits are okay.

Cons

No work-life balance, clueless unethical Operational Management Team, horrible HR Department, you will find out 80% of leadership is lying about credentials and qualifications, and having a degree means you are a threat. For an international company, you have some very racist European members of upper-level management who have never worked a day in their life in logistics. Unsafe working conditions and unrealistic expectations. It's a reason why they are not publicly traded and on not on the Forbes list.
