nothing special about working here

haslet,tx Db schenker is not a good place,the supervisor are no good,they have there favorite employees,working conditions are harsh in the summer time,all you will be doing is picking orders and that's it. Really strict on production,attendence , and no talking to your co-workers. the motc only only like the ladies to do easy work,they cry when they got to pick, low pay job starting pay is 12.12 -14.76 after 7 years here that's it

Co-workers and staff are awesome.

Cons

Some employees, (Finance) haven't had raises in over 8 years, not even cost of living. Managers and Sr. Management make sure that their pay in increased quarterly while employees are losing their homes. Communication is very poor, almost nonexistant. Management's attitude towards employees: "you can be replaced." Hostile work environment everyday!!!

We HAD great team work station to station until the BIG layoff, now everyone is in it for their own good, best interest, creating a lot of animosities

Cons

Upper mgmt, didn't care about the people actually doing the work, micro managed
