They are good company, If you do your job well, no one will bother you, the pay should be better, that's the only thing I think is against it, but it's a better salary than in other places.

Systems are not user friendly and updates are several times a month so it's hard to keep up with changes. Management and IT both are not friendly- just want the job done without errors, which is impossible without communication about constant software and system changes.
