Many different departments, which gives you a chance to move around when the politics of the place catches up with you

Terrible pay, disorganised management, poorly-run warehouses which are falling apart due to cost-cutting.

A revolving door when it comes to management and employees. Management was in a disaray. Could go into deeper detsils of experience but will not.

The GM is awesome and is trying his best and making improvements. One of the best people I’ve worked with. Pay is decent and slightly competitive. Job is not difficult l.

Cons

I feel like they don’t care about their employees as much as they should. Micromanaging happens a lot. They keep bad associations and give them easier jobs so they don’t have to deal with them and punish the good ones.
