Fast paced, light work. Typically no manual labor required outside of pick line, where heaviest products are about 35-40 pounds. Incentive bonus as well for higher performance.

Cons

Matrix (system used for inventory) is very bugged. Lots of troubleshooting, wasted time, frustration, etc. Overall disorganized management.
