Business Outlook
Pros
Physically easy, Decent pay, Decent benefits, ability to transfer to other locations, for the most part a casual environment.
Cons
Poor communication from management on all fronts, Most employees (in my location) act like middle school kids with their work place drama, gossip, & jealousy. Raises are annual and not based on job performance so there is no incentive/reward for being a good employee or to go above and beyond nor is there any discouragement/consequences for poor job performance/work ethic. Job stability seems to vary by location/contract
