The majority of the people doing the day to day work are great. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Executive leadership is clueless on what it takes to run the business. There is a clear struggle for power at the top, which is causing undo stress on the leaders on the ground. No leadership structure. Very cliquey. You're either in the "club" or you will NEVER grow.
