Pros

Excellent benefits, clean office, good HR policies, cares for employees, chances to move up. One of my worst career decisions was to leave Schenker. I felt very welcome there and should have stayed longer. Expect to work diligently, but also expect to not be asked to work outside of the office. Good work life balance. Good opportunity to move up.

Pay is not the best, sometimes can be rigid on employee needs

Okay Company if you stay away from their Chesapeake office. Zero Rating!

Salaries are the only pro there. But not worth it.

Cons

Everything. Upper management at the Chesapeake office have been there for ages and do not treat employees with respect. As a result, turnover is extremely high. I would never recommend anyone to work there.
