      Good social contribution, flexible working hours, home office, training, nice colleagues, fair paid

      Cons

      - As a UX designer, you are extremely undervalued. You get only assistent-level task. No career development because of that. - Projects can never be done because of budgets, sometimes you are just working for a few months for nothing, which leads to great frustration. - Poor management, complex hierarchy.
