      start up, many opportunities present

      Cons

      very cheap unfortunately and not only regarding salaries but all employee related aspects(next to no benefits, do not pay overtime even if it is "mandatory"). on the other hand they throw money away to 3rd party project management companies. very keen on having a good image while their employees are 90% unsatisfied and looking for jobs.

      Difficult to find any reasons to work for this company.

      Cons

      The education level, languages and any other credentials does not matter. What counts is the relationships you have within the company to be promoted. The managers are not focused on their employees development, they are focused on retention of their own position. Very often the only way to be promoted is to know somebody else on the top level. Unfortunately.
