      Global Logistics Leader with robust structures lacks sometimes flexibility and innovation power

      Pros

      Nice people to work with; very dense European road network, innovative in Key Account Management

      Cons

      Air and Ocean network is not in TOP 3 globally. The regional and national directors have too much power. HQ is relatively week in steering a global company. Unfortunately it is too much dependent on the mother company Deutsche Bahn and its political involvement.

      Pros

      Benefits package is attractive. Nice facilities. Some very skilled talent.

      Cons

      Internally consumed and thats the mainstay. Expectation is to work around the clock and the only time feedback is offered is when it's assumed that you've not delivered. Deteriorating quality of life due to unreasonable demands and expectation placed on some.

      Pros

      Pay was ok for just graduating. A lot of overtime was allowed and encouraged.

      Cons

      Weekends were about to become mandatory. Not much room for advancement. Management says one thing and does another.
