Pros

Professionalism and team work from most colleagues; facilities are good in general; health insurance.

Cons

Currently going through major changes. Some people simply have too much work on their shoulders, but management does not seem to care about it. Some departments have good working conditions, other have incredibly noisy work environments (with a type of language not for the faint of heart). Not much room for growth.

Pros

One of the leading global supply chain provider. In Australia they have increasingly a real whole of supply chain approach to their solution and capability development. Local senior leadership truly care about the employees. There is also a genuine willingness to integrate environment, communities and equal opportunities in the company's strategy.

Cons

Gender imbalance at the top in local, regional and global leadership. Difficulties in being nimble in a large global structure increasingly driven towards centralisation and standardisation based on an headquarter centric view of the world.
