      Not a good environment. After being acquired by a German company in 2010, it all went downhill.

      Pros

      Decent benefit jpackage and overall comp plan. Outside sales has freedom but you better meet your quota. You will be put on action plan if you don't hit a very unrealistic quota that upper management does not share until far into the quarter. They are ALWAYS late paying quarterly commissions.

      Cons

      Bad management from afar and very inadequate and antiquated networking, systems and tools.

      Open door policy with immediate supervisor Tight-knit groups inside each department Good benefits Training for basic knowledge in customer services and computer programs

      Overlapping tasks inside and outside departments Total disconnect from upper management Low pay Lack of motivation Small oportunity for growth Management opportunities are filled with people from outside promoting from within is rare Boring tasks Long work hours
