      Pros

      I loved the people who I was in charge of and those who were my equal position. Dedicated and hard working. Made my job much easier.

      Cons

      I cannot express how very little upper management cares about the employees. They see them as expendable. They are lost within their own world. The amount of people I've watched leave over this are too innumerable to count.

      You can find a better job at Walmart

      12 hr shifts, work schedule was a joke. Needs to switch to 3 shift schedule like other warehouse. Supervisors were a joke.

      Pros

      You will learn the basics and fundamentals of transportation and logistics business from some of the best operations people in the industry. Compensation is adequate and in line with the industry. Financially stable company with strong backing from the DB group.

      Cons

      Slow to react to the market. Poor IT systems, which create more work for operators and provide zero visibility to customers. Top Management has created a toxic culture, it is a take it or leave organization.
