Great company to work for. Upper management really care about the employees and our clients, it's not just about making $$ to them. Benefits are better than average. Medical is paid for if you're single and subsidized if you have a family. I have been "wooed" by other companies and when it finally came down to the almighty $$, DBR's benefits made the major difference in staying here, even with a salary increase with the other firm, I would end up taking a salary cut due to their benefits. The company has lots of perks....vendor happy hours, lunch & learns, monthly birthday parties, flexible hours, bowling team, softball team, etc.
