      Pros

      Everyone treats co-workers really well at DCE, and management is very accommodating when family issues come up. I'm happy working here!

      Cons

      DCE has grown enough that some of the corporate stuff is rearing it's head. Not bad, but it's no longer a true small company feel in the Boise office. Outlying offices are mostly immune to that though.

      The Missoula office is great, relaxed yet professional atmosphere

      Cons

      Training could be improved upon, lots of knowledge in the company but no structured training program (yet).

      Pros

      Some of the kindest and hardest-working folks work here. Working for DC provided me with the largest growth curve of my career and catapulted me to where I am now.

      Cons

      Probably my most stressful position to date--however I believe that it was just due to growth curve and would have flattened out. I wouldn't have left but got another offer I couldn't refuse.
