      There really aren’t any pros

      Cons

      Management is horrible. No communication, don’t treat employees equally or fairly. Overwhelming responsibilities, over worked & under paid. You get thrown to the wolves with what they consider training, it’s laughable & surprising anyone stays on other than they need a paycheck.

      People always working from home and not letting people know where they are, so easy to skip out on work

      Leadership team doesn't have any true leaders. Toxic work environment.
