Pros

FTE's can receive 4 weeks of vacation per year (accrued each pay period- bi-monthly). The project I worked on had very little micromanagement (see Cons).

Cons

The project I worked on, a federal government contract, had little interest in efficiency for the government client, largely in part due to the government agency's lack of interest in operating differently than they have since their creation. Upper management directs instead of offering leadership. 2.5 years on the job, never once had a 1-on-1 with leadership.
