      Pros

      I have recently started working for DCCA as a full time employee. The onboarding process was easy and the staff at DCCA were very pleasant to work with. Duane and Ashley were the best and helped me join the DCCA team with ease.

      Pros

      Great owner of company, HR and project manager is exceptional. Company has contractual stability and longevity. DCCA has about 120+ employees that work on both cleared and Health Care IT contracts.

      Cons

      Although they are prime on a few contracts, they are unable to hire uncleared people for contracts for which they sub. (contract regulations) They also might not be able to quickly place some workers into new jobs if contract ends.
