Pros

Staff is very friendly, the environment is very safe, I believe it is a good place to work if you are looking for a good career and not have to drive 60 miles away

Cons

Pay is close to minimum for the position you work. I think it is because it doesn't have to compete with other hospitals like UAB, Children's, St Vincent.
