The job is to tough for some people to handle because consumers are rude 90% of the time. You must kill them with kindness according to management because of client needs. It’s tough to work a job where you have no say when someone insults you every day.

Yes, they will offer you food. Yes, they will tell you all about their various committees and that they value diversity; but it's all a ruse. Management is horrible, the pay is sub-par, and the culture is toxic. Run while you can.
