No support within my department. Not appreciated. Health benefits were horrible. Pay is below the national and state average.

As the above says, great work life balance and honestly a pretty good company. I enjoy working here.

Cons

Promotions take forever and getting any sort of raise is dragged out for a long time. They will give you the minimum they can for as long as possible.
