      Excellent Paid Time Off for new employees, and Stock grants as Employee Owned Company

      Cons

      When a position is ended due to end of a Government Contract, the company does little to assist you in identifying a suitable transfer to another job in the company. Absent you finding a suitable transfer position, you will be laid off.
