Pros

Employee Owned and 401K is 6% regardless of my contributions. I don't have to contribute and I'm getting 6% saved for retirement.

Cons

I don't have any complaints, it would have been nice to get more PTOs, but 17 PTOs per year and 10 holidays is pretty good.
