None at all. Nada, zip zero.

Cons

Nepotism reigns supreme. sales management if the sister in law of the owner and she should be allowed to manage a paper bag. Instead of congratulating you for blowing sales quotas out of the water they tell you that you had no hand in your success and punish you. Sales team has and extremely high turnover rate as a result with an average age of under 25.
