Nothing about this place offers any benefits unless you are extremely desperate and need a job to pay the bills while you find something better.

Cons

Owner is delusional, feeble and absolutely arrogant and negative about everything. There are no positives, recognition or accolades for your hard work here. CEO quit beating of the owner, sales people leave due to poor treatment and micromanagement. The owner changes direction weekly, contradicts himself then blames you for his failure to lead his company.
