Pros

- Hourly, no commission - Great coworkers - Great managers - were very understanding and did not micromanage - Can work in multiple locations. Not being restricted to one location means you get to experience different communities/local parks & restaurants. - Fantastic employee discount

Cons

- Can work in multiple locations. If you don't live downtown, having to travel between all of the stores can be a hassle. - It's a retail job - you will have to deal with unhappy/unpleasant customers. - Sometimes it's really quiet and then all of a sudden it will get really busy. Just be ready for random bouts of chaos. - Having to wear all black in the summer makes the heat unbearable sometimes...
