      Cons

      Lack of structure, cooperate looks down on workers and talk to them in a very condescending way. Very unprofessional they will fire you over the phone. Without any valid reason.

      Pros

      - 70% off discount for staff, family and friends - Some great products - Some really great coworkers - The actual job itself was alright - The education department worked hard and did their best to train employees

      Cons

      - Most of the upper management consists of grossly unqualified people - People often get fired before the end of their probationary period for very little cause - It's always very chaotic at head office. Most of the departments are basically mashed together - Policies are discriminatory towards workers with disabilities - Some people in management are openly racist - HR did nothing when confronted with these following issues - Some of the regimens written by grossly unqualified people who did not follow the guidelines given by the education department were not penalized because they were favored by upper management, or were in a managerial role. - No work/life balance

      Awesome products, awful management

      Pros

      Amazing staff discount, some really wonderful staff, as many hours as you want, long lunch break

      Cons

      Store management is awful and manipulative, with higher-ups preying on lower staff, pinning them against each other. No time off, you could have a parent in hospital but don't even think of missing the shift. Empty promises from management, inconsistencies with pay (that are fixed up after a while)
