Company is in a growing mode which creates a lot of opportunity for future job opportunities. Company has an excellent benefit package

Cons

From what I see there are no cons working for Deciem everything that I experienced has been of a posiitve nature. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Very very good benefits program for employees as well as end of year bonus.

Cons

I wish they take internal promotions more seriously by taking especially employees transitioning into managerial roles through more professional in-depths courses on the theory of the work eg..sending professional emails, how to communicate with subordinates and not just choose people from inside to fill roles just because they have been there for long as well as how to manage subordinates professionally and not practice tribalism and segregation for certain departments.
