Pros

I feel a true respect for my autonomy from my higher ups that I have not necessarily felt at every job I've ever had in retail. It makes me feel respected for my expertise and relaxed even when the job is stressful. DECIEM, in my experience at least, has been overwhelmingly a positive employer.

Cons

I would say the disorganization is a con. This company is on the smaller side than what I'm used to and yet very large feeling at the same time in regards to how difficult cross-communication can be between teams.
