Pros

A good employer when compared to many firms of that size in terms of working culture and payment of salaries and perks as per the agreed terms of offer. I have been working for last 5 years in India office and I have good time working with Decipher India.

Cons

Ofcourse, work loads are a bit high on few projects with tight deadlines but comp-off's are given when the work loads are low to compensate our efforts.
