Corporate lies to you, says that everything is going great and sales are up, and then 2 rounds of layoffs happen a month later

Here's a novel idea for Sales management at DelaGet. Try selling a product that actually works for your customers. Product doesn't work for your customer? Tell them it will work, sell it to them anyway and collect the money! Who cares? Not DelaGet. Great way to run a business.

Really good people. Casual environment. I'm happy with where the company is headed. Good benefits.

Cons

There's been a lot of changes over the last three years. The changes seems to be slowing down and it seems to be paying off. However, it's been a lot to handle. 'Unlimited' PTO - I've never had a PTO request denied, but I'd be more comfortable with a set number of days.
