      Stable employment, Overtime, Quite a few nice people to work with both on the factory floor and inner office

      Cons

      Upper management kind of heartless, Not willing to know the people that build this Company, We used to be part of a teem environment, but we still are, but now it's Management and Hourly, them against us, we helped to build destaco to a strong co. we were told on 100th anniversary that they would be moving out of state in 3 months, that was our calibration for 100 years service,

      401K, vacation, short-term and long term disability, a little flexibility on workday schedule.

      Cons

      You can give 110% percent effort, but they want 110+%. Never satisfied. Managers don't resolve problems and often place roadblocks that prevent you from completing your work. Few opportunities for advancement., or career development,
