      Good product with good customer loyalty Great company to go to if you are a senior manager. They are always rehiring new ones

      Company perspective can change everytime they get new senior management. They will not promote from within. Always looking outside

      Managements inability to hire plant managers, current plant manager, Jason Cantu doesn’t value employees, people don’t matter, very toxic personality.

      Competitive pay scale, visible efforts at improving the culture, some structure and stability within the corporate office that attempts to aid the local facilities.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward mobility at the facility level and local management needs more leadership training that is tangible and people focused.
