      Benefits are nice (healthcare,401K etc)

      Cons

      Absent vision. 6 Presidents in just over 10 yrs. Get in ,cut costs and boost your bonus and salary, seems to be the objective. Most recent president was a narcisisstic, self absorbed dictator. Nobody in the executive ranks seemed to have the guts to take on his absurd vision. He managed thru intimidation.

      no pros, this place is terrible. Only handful of people actually give a damn

      I can go on and on forever, but just let me say this: if you value your mental health and your career, this place is not for you.

      Managers do not want to listen to what you have to make things better. Most supervisors have no experience in management, but act as though they know everything. Do not promote from within. A place where you will go no where...
