Lots of opportunity for growth and movement. Great PTO and other benefits. All Tons of holidays off. Wish I never left this company

Cons

Management is cemented in so if you have a bad manager you are stuck.

DFCU was a great company to begin working for. Training at the time was excellent a the pay was decent

Cons

The push for sales in that position was extreme and sometimes unrealistic.
