Pros
Good training, good atmosphere, nice people, good social activities.
Cons
Very poor salary and commission in customer service area. Sales department play favorites and don't care if you have the experience, they will hire who they like (even if it's to get the male population up) and the candidates don't have the relevant experience. People (managers) will speak bad behind your back following an interview, if you want to go move up in the company, a lot of jealousy if you're a woman.
