      Good benefits, which consist of corporate attractions, medical encashment, discounts & incentives.

      Cons

      Overall it's a great company but department not so good. Manager & Supervisors are not great leaders. They don't have the knowledge of what staff under them do. They just delegate task and focus on but if were to switch roles they can't work. Just a couple of 'yes-man' which got them promoted. Too many mid & late 40s staff with earning a high stagnant which they comfortable with. They don't want to have more responsibilities when there is an opening in a higher role position. Very low chance of progression in this department unless you move out.
