It gets repetitive very fast and feels boring after some time. It is not necessary a job for a college educated person, more for a high school graduate

- supervisors were lenient if you were late but only because they don't care - if you call in sick on a busy day (even if you have medical health issues) they write a complaint ASAP - managers point fingers at supervisors and staff rather than looking at their own behaviour - no one knows what they are doing sometimes? some people who worked at a higher level were clueless! I knew more about their job than they did! - career progression seems like a dream that will never come true - managers only know you if you are a manager or someone who has made a mistake - the company is well advertised and claims to be global and they do the same thing internally... they advertise and have new posters every other day but do not take action and when someone does try to take part of advantage of their advertising, they simply say "this is no longer available to you"
