      Pros

      The working environment is great. Everyone is polite to each other and if you have colleague request they will work it out as fast as the speed of light. Many companies say they care about customers, but this one truly lives it day by day. We are proud to be Insanely Customer Centric and work everyday to exceed customer's expectations

      Cons

      Main offices are usually close to airports or industrial areas. So if you are a posh who likes to go window shopping during lunch break, I advice to go for a job in wall street

      Continually changing comp / bonus structure is less than ideal to drive the behaviors. Also the seasonality (Q4) has negative impacts on your earning potential

      good compensation benefits, steep learning curve thst enhance your working knowledge, office culture is all about sharing knowledge and experiences. challenging working environment which is good as you will not stay in comfort zone.

      very long hours involved. no work life balance. need to be involved in sales, administration and everything else.
