Pros

Plenty of opportunities to move up to higher positions as well as lateral positions in different departments. Pay and benefits are great!

Cons

Rolling out new processes and programs used throughout the import process teams seems to be a challenge. Definitely need a little extra patience whenever phasing an old program/system out and replacing with something new.

Hourly pay is not competitive compare to competitors in the same industry. Excessive amount of duties and not enough pay. No work- life balance.
