The quality and overall morale of this job has deteriorated the past few years since the management changed and the company adopted a very low cost company management style. Tough climate with penalism within the training department and scare tactics. Many different types of contracts with no clarity for employees what we are entitled to due to confusion over Austrian/German jurisdiction which HR and management take full use of. No consideration for employees lives outside work whatsoever, you feel like you are just a number.
