Pros
In general one of the most enjoyable parts of working at DHL Egypt would be the people and the atmosphere, at least in my experience, management generally defers to me and never placed unrealistic demands of me. There was good health insurance and an approachable HR. Hours were in consistent at 9-5 with work beyond that rare for my postion (not the case for most)
Cons
The biggest drawback was pay, especially for the IT field. (Though yearly increases were substantial they did not make up the difference). Moreover, the program Delivery postion had minimal technical aspects in terms of work and training.
