      Pros

      Excellent tuition reimbursement program. Opportunities to move up quickly if you are talented enough.

      Cons

      Senior manager should practice what he preaches. 1 in particular. The company has great policies and procedures. Unfortunately, it is highly preached and expected when dealing with subordinates but is not being reciprocated by this one guy. Overall companies are usually very good. People usual mess that up.
