Started great, mergers stirred and re-stirred the pot, company grew too big and impersonal: used-up-and-spit-out

Pros

lots of challenges, fellow employees are real pro's, lots of education (somewhat mediocre) available, some good leaders (but dwindling as we speak)

Cons

far too much over-reliance on a few individuals, far too much rewarding of those who write up the results and not those who PRODUCE the results, far too much "political awareness"

Pros

Is an organization that allows people to develope a carreer and skills. They have a big social and ambiental responsability with their program, which allows that every memeber of the company to work together and give a little back to the community.

Cons

Developing a carrer could take longer that someone would expect. But it has so many great things that the cons are not important.
