Pros

Decent salary, good work-life balance, flexible working times. Nice collegues and good mood within the department. Lots of opportunities for training and advancement, but you need to take care of them yourself. Depending on your boss he or she will motivate you to do so, but in the end you are responsible for yourself.

Cons

Quite slow career advancement, depending on department also bad working environment possible and unsatisfactory mood within the teams. Budget sometimes wastefully spend. Cost cutting strategies lately can build up pressure.
