      Pros

      Colleagues and management very customer oriented, driven and knowledgeable. Moving around the company is easy. If you want to challenge yourself and learn, this is usually supported.

      Cons

      Like in all big companies, movement upwards does not bring real financial benefits. Challenge is great but only for so long, then you'd like to see the hard work you put in, in your bank balance. Good people move on as outsiders coming on board are rewarded. Sure, upwards you can go too, but very low financial incentives.
