      Great place to work but supervisors questionable.

      The great thing about working for this company is the people I worked with the long hours and the great pay and benefits I loved it all. All but one thing

      Cons

      The management and the point system my child was sick and I had 3 or 4 points left I called them to use my emergency general purpose day and no one answered so I left a message on the call off line and no one called me from upper management to say hey something is not right and then I come in and boom I was fired no hey if you dont come in u will lose a point no nothing and I have 3 kids and a fiance that is a stay at home mom. I loved my job and i did my job great.

      Pros

      The office is nice and there were a lot of employee events to participate in and there is Flextime available though frowned upon if you actually take advantage of it

      Cons

      There is obvious favoritism, and those people are able to get away with anything. There is no structure many people are employed that do not have technical skills. A lot of money is spent on covering up for the real issues at hand which is a terrible work culture and no room for developmental growth for employees. If you are interested in career development, this is not the company for you. Be prepared to be in that specified role for 5+ years. Employees are not involved in the constant changes that happen in the org. Career opportunities are not clear Fear of voicing concerns in teams
