Pros
For any college graduate I think this is a good place to break into the logistics field. The opportunity to work at different sites and see different aspects of supply chain.
Cons
As listed above it is a good place to break into the industry, but job promotions are far and few between. Most jobs are on-site contract work and there is no room for growth long term. Management does not provide enough support to its employee's which can lead to being overworked and the employee burning out.
