Pros

Great Pay, nice hours, easy dress code, paid holidays, exempt employees get time off for doctor visits, point system for hourly

Cons

Contract ends with customer and you are out of a job, if you make good money at one account and transfer you get paid whatever the budget allows, its a good old boy system you have to know someone to get a job.

Great Compensation for the job they require you to do Chance to advance is there for people that want it Company prides itself on safety and quality and really makes associates feel proud to work there

Cons

lack of communication between upper management and floor associates on why rules and regulations are being put into place Management sometimes takes advantage of the workers by making them work unnessacary overtime
